1. No Refunds for Completed Work
Due to the digital and personalized nature of our services, all sales are final. Once work has started or the final thumbnail has been delivered, we do not offer refunds under any circumstance.
2. Order Cancellation (Before Work Starts)
If you need to cancel your order and work has not yet started, you may request a full refund. Please contact us immediately at visualthumbnail35@gmail.com with your order details.
3. Revision Guarantee
Each order includes up to 2 free revisions. If you're not satisfied with the initial design, we will work with you to adjust it based on your feedback.
4. Exceptions for Refund
Refunds may only be considered under the following rare situations:
You were charged more than once for the same order
A technical error prevented you from receiving the final design
In such cases, please contact us within 5 days of your order, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

6. Chargebacks
